The Ohio Department of Health is conducting surveys to hear about your experience feeding your youngest child during their first year of life. We're most interested to hear from Black/African American Ohioan mothers.
We would like to hear from mothers with a variety of breastfeeding experiences, including those who did and did not breastfeed. By “breastfeeding,” we are including lactating, chestfeeding, hand expressing, pumping, and bottle feeding.

The survey is open now through October 6th. Your responses will be kept confidential. The survey is administered by Professional Data Analysts, contracted by the Ohio Department of Health and in partnership with the Ohio Breastfeeding Alliance, the Appalachian Breastfeeding Network, and the Cuyahoga County Board of Health.
Thank you for your participation.
